Delivery and shipping conditions EN

Delivery takes place within Germany and the following countries:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.

Delivery charges

bekeen delivers with the climate-neutral DHL shipping “GoGreen”. Postage costs € 5,49 are charged for shipping within Germany. Small items (like 1-2 swim caps) will be shipped with “GoGreen” and Prio (Deutsche Post) for 3,75€ within Germany. For international shipping, we allow ourselves to charge a fee of € 13,99 within the EU. Small items (like 1-2 swim caps) will be shipped for 8,49€ within the EU.

You will be informed separately about the shipping costs of your delivery when shopping in the bekeen online store before you complete the payment.

You will receive every bekeen article within 2-4 working days in Germany and 3-8 working days in the EU after submitting your order.

You have a 14-day right of return from receipt of your delivery. You can find out how to prepare your return here: Exchange & Returns. 

All our prices include the statutory sales tax of 19%.
